By purchasing a ticket or attending the Dirt Legit Trail Games event, all participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to comply with the following rules and conditions.
1. Vehicle Requirements
Only street-legal vehicles are permitted to participate in the event.
All vehicles must:

be in safe operating condition

comply with local road safety regulations
-
have valid registration and insurance where applicable
Event staff reserve the right to refuse entry to any vehicle considered unsafe.
2. Assumption of Risk
Off-road driving involves inherent risks including but not limited to:

vehicle damage
-
mechanical failure
-
collisions
-
personal injury
By participating in this event, all attendees acknowledge that they voluntarily assume all risks associated with off-road driving and event participation.
Participants use the trails, obstacles, and event grounds entirely at their own risk.
3. Safe Operation of Vehicles
All drivers must operate their vehicles in a safe and controlled manner.
Participants must:

drive cautiously on trails
-
maintain safe distance from other vehicles
-
respect pedestrians and spectators
-
follow directions from event staff or marshals
Dangerous or reckless driving will not be tolerated.
4. Alcohol and Drug Policy
Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited.
Any participant suspected of impaired driving may be:

removed from driving activities
-
removed from the event entirely
5. Liability
The event organizers, staff, volunteers, the off-road park owner, and the property operators accept no responsibility or liability for:

damage to vehicles
-
personal injury
-
damage to property
-
loss or theft of personal belongings
Participants understand that they are solely responsible for any damage caused by their vehicle or actions.
Any damage caused to:
-
other vehicles
-
the property
-
the environment
-
equipment or facilities
is the responsibility of the person who caused the damage.
6. Rule Enforcement
Violation of event rules may result in:

verbal warning
-
restriction from certain activities
-
removal from the event
Participants removed due to rule violations will not receive a refund.
Event staff decisions regarding safety and rule enforcement are final.
7. Family Friendly Environment
Dirt Legit Trail Games is a family-friendly event welcoming participants of all ages.
All attendees are expected to:

behave respectfully toward others
-
maintain a positive and inclusive atmosphere
-
avoid aggressive or disruptive behavior
8. Responsibility for Minors
Parents or legal guardians are fully responsible for supervising any minors attending the event with them.
Children must be supervised at all times.
9. Personal Property
Participants are responsible for securing and protecting their own personal belongings.
The event organizers and property owners are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
10. Environmental Responsibility
Participants must respect the natural environment and the property hosting the event.
It is strictly prohibited to:

damage trees or vegetation
-
leave trash on the property
-
intentionally damage trails or obstacles
All participants must follow the Leave No Trace principle.
11. Compliance with Staff Instructions
Participants must follow all instructions provided by:

event organizers
-
trail marshals
-
safety staff
-
property owners or representatives
Failure to follow instructions may result in removal from the event.
Agreement
By purchasing a ticket, attending the event, or entering the event property, participants confirm that they:

have read and understood these rules

agree to comply with all event policies
-
accept full responsibility for their actions and participation
